About me
I would describe myself as a spontaneous enthusiastic person with a passion for innovation and driven by ambition. With the need for a challenge, I’m not easily satisfied but I try to place some targets for myself to keep up the spirit.
After graduation from the Academy of Ghent in 2011 with a bachelor in Applied Computer Science, I started my career as Mobile & Web Consultant at delaware, a global consultancy firm. My focus during my first years was client-side development in which I developed several applications using native, hybrid and web technologies.
During these projects I noticed that my interests changed to server-side development using C#.NET & Azure and I decided to make a pendulum movement. By doing this I learned that it is a huge benefit to have a wider background which gives you a view from different angles.
After more than ten years' experience in client-side and server-side development, I was mostly active as Lead Expert on several projects and became a member of the Close Leadership of the MWI team, which is a leadership board of managers leading a team of +75 colleagues.
In 2023 I decided it was time to explore the world outside delaware and started a new journey as Solution Architect and Tribe Lead at devoteam, a leading consulting firm focused on digital strategy, platform technologies, cybersecurity and business transformation.
